By accessing or using Trend Index (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Trend Index is a SaaS platform that collects, analyzes, and synthesizes real-time trend data from multiple online sources. We provide unified trend scores, spike detection alerts, and AI-generated insights.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities under your account.

4. Subscription Plans

The Service offers Free, Pro, and Enterprise plans. Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
• Resell or redistribute data obtained through the Service without permission
• Exceed rate limits or abuse the API
• Introduce malicious code or interfere with Service operation

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its content are owned by Trend Index. You retain ownership of data you upload. We retain rights to aggregated, anonymized analytics derived from usage.

7. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties. Trend Index shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through Settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
